Jammer overigens dat het maar een top 10 is.. de overige platen uit mijn lijst verdienen op zijn minst een eervolle vermelding (ergens).

* Geheim: Sufjan Stevens zien spelen, incognito, in het bandje van Rosie Thomas (Thomas' 'These Friends of mine', mag trouwens ook best in het rijtje van 10).
* Heel plezierig dicht op de muziek: Podium Cambrinus; in de lente lekker naar Kris Delmhorst gaan zien en horen!
* Fris: Davie Lawson (gaat vroeg in 2008 vast een hele mooie reeks maken met Lucky Fonz III en riep "Sounds" uit tot beste platenzaak van Europa (!)).
* Intens: The Twilight Sad in Perron 55 (Ook goed bezig, dat Perron 55, alleen jammer dat de laatste trein vertrekt voor de 2e set begint).
* Mooie winnares: Leine.
* Iets hoopvols op de valreep: Arthur Adam 'In a Cabin with...'(Buckley is niet dood).
* Uitzien naar: Okkervil River in D'Roosje (de laatste keer tamelijk klein en intiem, daarna worden Sheff en Meiburg ge-hyped en 'opgeblazen', net als Arcade Fire en Kaiser Chiefs.
* Ook uitkijken naar: Albert Niland in Cultureel Roepaen (hoe de Ierse zwerver en magistraal gitarist passend onderdak vindt) en naar de jaarlijkse thuiswedstrijd van Tony Dekker (The Great lake Swimmers) in Merleyn. |
